The Truth About "Free at Sea"
Norwegian Cruise Line's signature "Free at Sea" promotion is almost always active. However, these packages are not completely free—you must pay the 20% service gratuity charges based on the retail value of the beverage and dining packages at the time of booking.

1. Open Bar Package Options
Standard Free at Sea: Includes the Premium Beverage Package. This covers cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine by the glass up to $15.
